For remote teams and people leaders
Your all-hands is recorded. Now make sure people see it.
Remote teams record all-hands meetings, town halls, leadership updates and trainings, then share an hour-long link that few people open. We cut each one into short captioned recap clips and a written summary for Slack, Teams or email, so the people who missed it still get the message. Everything stays private to your company.

Sound familiar?
The important stuff gets said. It just never gets seen.
People in other time zones or on shifts miss it live, and an hour-long replay rarely gets watched.
The decision, the new policy or the shout-out lands with whoever was on the call, and nobody else.
The talks that explain how your company works sit in a folder no one points them to.
What we make for you
Recaps your team will actually watch
Each clip has one job: share the key message, recognize people, or help someone do their job.
| Type | Clip | Why it works |
|---|---|---|
| Key message | The three decisions from this quarter's all-hands | Gives everyone the headline in 90 seconds, in leadership's own words. |
| Leadership answers | The CEO's answer to the question everyone was asking | Clear, direct answers build trust across a distributed team. |
| Recognition | Shout-outs and team wins | Recognition reaches the whole company, not just the people on the call. |
| Training | How to use the new expense tool in two minutes | Short training clips people can find again when they need them. |
| Next session | Next month's town hall, with a question from this one | Brings more people to the next session. |
How it works
A small, private extension of your comms team
We cut the ums and the slow parts, keep the moments people need, and match your company’s tone. The same recordings can also become public clips for LinkedIn and recruiting, only if you want them to.
- Step 1
Send the recording
Share the all-hands, town hall or training from Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. A shared folder works, including your own Drive or SharePoint.
- Step 2
We pick the key moments
We mark the decisions, answers and shout-outs worth sharing, and you approve the list.
- Step 3
We cut and caption
Short captioned clips with the ums and slow parts taken out, plus a written summary in your company's voice.
- Step 4
You review
Nothing is shared until you approve it, and leaders can sign off on their own clips.
- Step 5
Share it where people look
Post to Slack, Teams, your intranet, email or LMS, or we can hand everything to your comms team ready to send.
Questions
Common questions
Is our footage kept private?
Yes. Internal recordings are stored privately, used only to make your recaps, and never posted or shared outside your company. We can work inside your own Google Drive, SharePoint or Slack if you prefer.
Where do the recaps go?
Wherever your team already looks: Slack, Microsoft Teams, your intranet, email or your LMS. We size and caption each clip for the place it will be watched.
Do you change what leaders said?
No. We cut the ums, long pauses and tangents so each clip gets to the point, but we never change the meaning of what anyone said. You approve everything before it is shared.
Can you make onboarding content from old recordings?
Yes. Past all-hands, trainings and culture talks often hold the best explanations of how your company works. We can pull them into a short onboarding series.
How fast is it?
A single meeting's recap arrives within 3 business days, so it lands the same week as the meeting.
