For podcast hosts and frequent guests

Every episode, cut into clips that bring new listeners.

A good episode has five or six moments that stand on their own. We find them, frame them for vertical video, take out the ums and tangents, add accurate captions and write a post for each one, so every episode keeps working for weeks after it airs.

Sound familiar?

The good material exists. It just never gets posted.

Episodes get one promo post.

Then the next episode comes out and the last one is forgotten.

Clipping takes hours.

Scrubbing a full episode for the best minute is the job nobody wants.

Guest appearances disappear.

You were great on someone else's show, and only their audience heard it.

What we make for you

Clips with a job, not just highlights

Each clip teaches something, shows who you are, or gives people a reason to listen to the full episode.

How it works

A small, remote extension of your team

We cut the ums and the slow parts, keep the moments worth posting, and follow your creative direction. Every clip is sized and written for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, whichever you use. Plans start at 8 clips and posts a month.

  1. Step 1

    Send your recording

Share a webinar, talk, panel, podcast or interview you already have. A shared folder or a link is fine. No new filming.

  2. Step 2

    We pick the moments

We review the full recording and mark the strongest points, each with a goal: teach, build trust or promote.

  3. Step 3

    We cut and write

Captioned vertical clips with the ums and slow parts taken out, a custom cover image for each clip, plus post copy and a carousel in your voice.

  4. Step 4

    You review

Everything arrives with a simple review sheet and a suggested posting calendar. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

  5. Step 5

    You post, or we do

Post from the calendar in a few minutes, or add scheduling and we publish on your channels for you.

Questions

Common questions

Do you work with audio-only podcasts?

Yes. Audio episodes become captioned audiograms and written posts, but video clips usually perform better, so record video if you can.

Can you clip my guest appearances on other shows?

Yes, as long as the host is fine with clips being shared. Most are happy for guests to promote the episode.

How many clips per episode?

Usually four to eight, depending on length and how many moments stand on their own.

Which platforms?

LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, each with copy written for that platform.
