For anyone with Zoom, Teams or Meet recordings

Your Zoom recordings, cut into clips people actually watch.

Webinars, client workshops, panel calls and interviews recorded on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet are full of good moments. We find them, reframe them for a phone screen, take out the ums and the lag, add captions you can trust, and write a post for every clip.

Sound familiar?

The good material exists. It just never gets posted.

Raw recordings are hard to watch.

Gallery view, frozen video and long pauses make even a great conversation feel slow.

Nobody has time to scrub through an hour.

Finding the five good minutes means watching all sixty.

Auto-captions get things wrong.

Names, products and industry terms come out garbled, so you can't post them as is.

What we make for you

What one recorded call can become

Each clip is framed on the speaker, captioned and given a headline, so it makes sense on its own.

How it works

A small, remote extension of your team

We cut the ums and the slow parts, keep the moments worth posting, and follow your creative direction. Every clip is sized and written for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, whichever you use. Plans start at 8 clips and posts a month.

  1. Step 1

    Send your recording

Share a webinar, talk, panel, podcast or interview you already have. A shared folder or a link is fine. No new filming.

  2. Step 2

    We pick the moments

We review the full recording and mark the strongest points, each with a goal: teach, build trust or promote.

  3. Step 3

    We cut and write

Captioned vertical clips with the ums and slow parts taken out, a custom cover image for each clip, plus post copy and a carousel in your voice.

  4. Step 4

    You review

Everything arrives with a simple review sheet and a suggested posting calendar. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

  5. Step 5

    You post, or we do

Post from the calendar in a few minutes, or add scheduling and we publish on your channels for you.

Questions

Common questions

Does it work with Teams and Google Meet too?

Yes. Any recording works: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex or a video file from your event platform.

What recording settings work best?

If you can, record the active speaker view and save the separate audio. Gallery view still works; we crop to the person talking.

Can you fix the awkward pauses and lag?

Yes. Long pauses, filler words and false starts come out, so the clip moves at a natural pace without changing what anyone said.

Are the captions accurate?

Every caption is checked against the audio, and we use your list of names and terms so they're spelled right.

What about privacy?

Only use recordings everyone agreed could be shared. We leave out anything you flag, and nothing is published without your approval.
