I FIND WHAT YOU DIDN’T KNOW to look for.
To be a great salesperson, you have to be a great person first.
from Win the Relationship, Not the Deal · Casey Jacox
I find
things.
Then I make them.
My background is recruiting, but I’ve never stayed in one lane. I’ve placed engineers, creatives, marketers, sales people, finance and legal professionals, and 1099 contractors. I’ve written campaigns, built brand voices, and launched a content brand from nothing. The work I take on now lives at the intersection of all of it: talent strategy, copy, content systems, digital presence. Most useful to teams that need someone who can think across those things at once.
-
01The Hunter’s InstinctI don’t wait for things to surface. I build the search, work the angles, and go find what’s needed.
-
02Strategic RangePositioning, messaging, campaign strategy. I find the right angle and build the work around it.
-
03Creative RangeCopy, campaigns, web, content systems, brand voice. I built a personal finance content brand from zero: site, copy, distribution, monetization.
-
04Proactive CommunicationUpfront, honest, early. I flag problems before they become yours and deliver what I said I would.
What I
actually do.
Four service lanes. All project-based and deliverable-focused. No retainer minimums unless it makes sense for your situation.
I step in as part of your team, not a vendor you CC. I learn your brand, your culture, what a bad hire looks like, and I go find the right people. Full-desk recruiting across every vertical: tech, creative, marketing, sales, ops, legal, finance, hospitality, and 1099 contract talent. Started in IT and contract staffing. Expanded from there. I’ve recruited for nearly every function and I can recruit for yours.
For creative agencies specifically: I understand how creative work gets staffed and how to scope and vet for roles that don’t have clean job descriptions.
Campaign copy, LinkedIn content, brand voice guides, articles, SOPs, training manuals. I write in your voice or help you find one. Good entry point: send me what you have and I’ll tell you what’s not working and why.
Custom site builds from scratch: domain, hosting, copy, layout, brand identity. You talk to the person building it the whole way through. Also available: LLC setup guidance, digital presence audits, and honest outside reviews of what you’ve got going on socially or online.
Portfolio: this site and hotgirlindebt.com.
SOPs, onboarding systems, training manuals, process documentation. For small businesses and creative agencies that need structure without hiring a full-time ops person. I’ve built from scratch for companies at every stage, pre-revenue through growth.
A personal finance content brand built from scratch. Site design, copy, content strategy, Substack, affiliate partnerships, and distribution across Pinterest and Instagram. Built and run independently.
Built the operational foundation for a pre-revenue IT staffing firm: ATS, recruiter SOPs, pipeline design, BD strategy, and cold outreach to 5,500+ prospects.
Identified a positioning gap in an existing outreach campaign and rewrote it. The angle: lead with TA, not around them. The campaign shifted.
Writing and managing LinkedIn content for two clients simultaneously, in two distinct voices. Both accounts built from zero.

- Partnered with clients to scope hiring needs, manage pipelines end to end, deliver candidates
- Built and expanded client relationships managing active accounts, identifying new hiring needs, and driving repeat contract business
- Executed technical recruiting for contract IT roles, balancing speed, quality, and client expectations
The whole
person.
The same instinct that makes me good at recruiting shows up in everything else. I’m drawn to things that reward the search. Finding the perfect piece at a thrift store, an estate sale, or scrolling through the right Facebook Marketplace listing at the right time. The process is always the point.
Let’s find
something together.
Recruiting partner, copy and content work, site builds, or ops support. If you have something specific to figure out and you’re ready to move on it, that’s where I’m most useful.
